Mulberry
Meadows River & Lakes RV Resort has many Trempealeau is also blessed with a string of 7 spring fed lakes that are great for fishing and canoeing. Long Lake Canoe Trail starts less than 1 1/2 miles away. Mulberry Meadows has kayaks available for rent if you'd like to take advantage of the nearby water trails. There are restaurants within walking distance, Hungry Point Bar & Grill & Bait Shop is located just a couple hundred yards from Mulberry Meadows. You can sit in their screen porch or on the deck to enjoy one of their famous burger baskets, a beverage and the beautiful view of the river. They also serve breakfast Wednesday through Sunday.
You may wish to take in a leisurely 10 minute walk to historic downtown
Trempealeau or to the Marina. Or walk through the
Trempealeau National Wildlife Refuge, where over 250 bird species live or
pass through during migration. Hunters can take advantage of
